1.多春鱼洗干净晾干水分,热油锅九成热时,把多春鱼整齐排在不粘锅里,大火煎!

2.一面煎好了,翻过来,煎另一面!

3.煎了差不多时,倒点生抽在多春鱼身上,继续煎!
